Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to Proxivo.App, operated by Proxivo.App, can be cancelled, what happens to billing, and how we handle your data afterwards.

1. Free trial

New studios start with a free trial. No payment is taken during the trial, and you can stop at any time before it ends without being charged. If you do not add a payment method, your account is simply paused when the trial expires.

2. Billing cycle

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Each payment covers the upcoming month of service. Add-ons and usage-based charges (such as extra locations or AI scans) are billed on the same cycle.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription in your studio panel, or through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals — no notice period is required.

4. Effect of cancellation

When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. After that it will not renew and access to paid features ends. You can reactivate before your data is deleted (see below).

5. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months already started, since each payment is made in advance for the upcoming period. Where a refund is required by law, or in cases of a clear billing error on our side, we will process it promptly. To request a refund, contact us at support@proxivo.app.

6. Failed payments and grace period

If a payment fails, we retry it over several days and notify you. If it remains unpaid, your account enters a grace period during which the studio keeps working. If it is still unpaid at the end of the grace period, the account is locked until payment is made.

7. Data retention after cancellation

After an account is locked or cancelled, we keep your data intact for six months so you can reactivate and continue exactly where you left off. We send a reminder before deletion. After six months the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app.
