Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Proxivo.App platform operated by Proxivo.App. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By registering for, accessing, or using Proxivo.App you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you register.
2. The service
Proxivo.App is a software-as-a-service platform that helps beauty studios manage appointments, clients, point of sale, online booking, an online shop, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees and any add-ons or usage-based charges you enable. Failed payments may result in suspension as described in our Cancellation & Refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with other users, uploading unlawful or harmful content, reselling the service without permission, or using it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you and your customers put into the platform. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service. We act as a data processor for your customers' personal data — see our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
The Proxivo.App platform, its software, design, and branding are owned by Proxivo.App and protected by law. These terms do not transfer any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us during that period.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination your data is retained and then deleted in line with our Cancellation & Refund policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or in the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.
