Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Proxivo.App collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use Proxivo.App. We are the data controller for account holders and staff, and a data processor for the client data our customers store on the platform.

1. Who we are

Proxivo.App operates the Proxivo.App platform. For any privacy matter you can reach us at support@proxivo.app.

2. Data we collect

We collect: account details (name, business name, email, phone), billing information processed by our payment providers, data you enter into the platform, and technical data such as IP address, device, and usage logs collected automatically.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to provide and secure the service, process payments, send service and transactional messages, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required (for example, non-essential cookies and marketing).

5. Data we process for you

Where you use Proxivo.App to store your own customers' personal data, you are the controller and we are the processor. We process that data only on your instructions to provide the service, and we apply appropriate security measures to protect it.

6. Sharing with third parties

We share data with trusted sub-processors that help us run the service — including hosting, email, SMS, and payment providers. They act under contract and may only process data as instructed. We may also disclose data where required by law.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation we retain data for a limited recovery period and then permanently delete it, as described in our Cancellation & Refund policy. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

9. Your rights

Subject to law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@proxivo.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

10. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app, and the "last updated" date above will change.
